Exciting Career Opportunities with SCC Infrastructure
1. Position: Design Manager (Railway & Building Project)
- Qualification: B.Tech – Civil
- Experience: 15+ years
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Job Responsibilities:
- Structural design of various Civil infrastructure based on codal provisions and other Indian/International standards.
- Preparation of Design Report, Preparation of supporting drawings. Assistant in preparation of Bill of Quantities and Bar Bending Schedule.
- Understand the issue and provide solution to Project team by preparing design/draiwng or alternative to existing design. To engane, if required, during meeting with third party Consultants or Clients.
- Experience in designing of multi-storied buildings, industrial Steel structures and water reservoir is preferable.
- Knowledge of various software like STASDPro, AutoCAD, MS Office is essential.
- Experience in preparation of Design Report is must knowledge of Indian/International codes, manuals and standards is essential.
2. Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
- Qualification: MBA – HR
- Location: Head Office, Ahmedabad
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for End-to-end recruitment, right from manpower requisition & sourcing.
- Head hunting and campus recruitment from Institutions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted requirement strategics.
- Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking and headhunting.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Maintain Accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidates pipelines, Interview feedback, and offer status.
- Conduct reference checks and manage offer’s and negotiations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis and talent availablity.
- Responsible for completing joining formalities, documentation, Employee engagement activities.
