Job Opening: MEP Leadership & Key Roles for South Operations – B&F Segment
1. MEP Lead (Code-MEP 01)
- Qualification: B.E Mechanical/Electrical or Master’s Degree
- Experience: 20 to 25 years
- Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- P&L Management – Drive profitability and financial efficiency.
- Tendering & Estimation – Lead competitive bidding strategies.
- Design & Execution – Overseas MEP system implementation.
- Leadership – Manage teams, vendors, and project Integration.
2. MEP Projects Operations Lead (Code-MEP 02)
- Qualification: B.E Mechanical/Electrical or Master’s Degree
- Experience: 15 to 20 years
- Location: Anywhere in South
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning – Lead execution of MEP projects.
- Budget & Cost Control – Ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Quality & Risk Management – Material high standards and compliance.
3. MEP Design & Engineering Coordinator (Code-MEP 03)
- Qualification: B.E Mechanical/Electrical
- Experience: 15 years
- Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Coordination – Manage MEP integration with structural and architectural teams.
- Compliance & Optimization – Ensure regulatory adherence and cost-effective solutions.
