Designation: Sr. Engineer / Engineer
- Department: Planning & Billing
- Education: M.Tech/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil
- Experience: 3 to 8 Years
- Location: Head Office, Delhi
Industry: Engineering & Construction & Water Treatment / Waste Management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Client Bill as per Contract and BOQ
- Price Escalation
- Rate Analysis
- Construction programme month, weakly wise.
- Preparation of BBS.
- Preparation of Steel monthly vise Requirement.
- Maintaining DPR, RFI as per site requirement.
- Reconciliation of Steel & Concrete
- Monthly contracts bill preparation of respective site.
- Preparation of RFI Summary for client bill according to SPS & IPC.
- Prepares monthly (MIS) report’s reflecting work progress summary.
- Prepare Comparison between Plan vs Actual Progress and study alternative approaches to work. Coordination with juniors, seniors and consultant at site. Miscellaneous work checking and monitoring.
Note: Candidates would be preferred from WTP, STP, & CETP projects.
