Civil Engineering Job Vacancy
1. AGM/DGM – Procurement & Subcontractors (1 No’s)
- Reporting to Head – Procurement
Desired Qualification & Experience : BE or Diploma Civil with 18-20 years of experience in Procurement & Subcontractors for Bought-out items/Services, MEP Services, Facade, High-rise Finishing Items,etc. Exposure to ERP/SAP is a must Knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities include : Vendor Sourcing – Pre-Qualification and Evaluation process, Management of Pan-India procurement activities for various disciplines, Negotiating and implementing Rate Contacts for various items of worak, Responsible for drafting review and finalization of contract agreement with suppliers consulting agencies, Sub-contractors, etc. that are related to engineering projects, Construction correspondence with suppliers and Sub-contractors, Preparation of various MIS, Reports and other procurement documents etc.
2. Manager – Procurement (Finishing Items) (1 No.)
- Reporting to AGM/DGM – Procurement
Desired Qualification & Experience : BE Civil with 10+ Years of experience in Procurement of finishing items for building construction projects, Exposure to ERP/SAP is a must.
Job Responsibilities Include : Procurement of Paints, Putty, Granite, Fire Doors, Tiles, Kota, Furniture, Interior items, etc. Responsible for evaluation & selection of Vendors, Rabes negotiation, Issuing RFQ/Tenders, Techno – commercial evaluation, negotiations, Preparation of documents for managements approval, Preparation of various MIS Reports, Ensuring minimum lead time for delivery of materials at site, Coordinating with project teams, designers and all stakeholders: training commodity prices etc.
