1. Quantity Surveyor
Education Background : Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering with 2-3 years of experience in cost estimation and budgeting for large-scale infrastructure projects.
Experience Required :
- Proficiency in preparing BOQs, managing tender process, and cost control software like Costx or Primavera.
- Site experience to verify progress and ensure accurate measurements.
2. Assistant Civil Engineer
Education Background : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure design and construction supervision for large-scale projects.
Experience Required :
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software for site layouts, grading, and drainage systems.
- Knowledge of construction standards, codes and quality control practices.
- Experience in Site supervision, ensuring project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
3. Assistant Electrical Engineer
Education Background : B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience, OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience.
Experience Required :
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD, ETAP, and electrical design software, with knowledge of relevant electrical codes and safety standards.
- Experience in multimodal logistics, projects, including energy-efficient solutions and renewable energy Integration.
4. Assistant Architect / Planner
Education Background : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with 2-3 years of experience in design and supervision of large-scale infrastructure or Logistic projects.
Experience Required :
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp for creating detailed plans and 3D models.
- Knowledge of building codes, sustainability practices, and construction standards.
- Experience in coordinating with Engineers and Contractors to ensure design execution.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams.
