Job Title: Contracts Specialist / Contracts Manager

Department: Contract Administration and Claims Management
Experience: 7-15 years in Infra Domain
Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech Civil + NICMAR or LLB or Diploma in ADR
Industry: NHAI Projects, Railways, Metros
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Reporting To: COO – Projects
Key Responsibilities Area’s:
- Monitor claims, disputes and arbitration – related matters.
- Prepare, build up, and review Extension of Time (EOT) claims with supporting documentation.
- Initiate and review draft proposal for contractual issues affecting operations.
- Manage all Client-related Contractual correspondence with precision and professionalism.
- Prepare and review various agreements, including MOUs, JVs, sub-contracts, and strategic alliances.
- Conduct comprehensive delay analysis for infrastructure projects and provide actionable insights.
- Draft responses to client observation and communication on contractual matters m
- Prepare Contract Appreciation Documents for better project understanding.
- Track and manage day-to-day contractual aspects of the project (NHAI/Metros).
- Ensure proper document management and provide guidance and support to the Document Controller.
- Oversee Contractual closure of projects, including handling, escalation variations and claims.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC Books, World Bank Contrctas, EPC Contracts, and other International Forms of Contract.
