Department- Execution & Coordination

1. Asst. Manager/Sr. Engineer/Engineer – E&C

• Qualification: BE (Civil) / DCE
• Experience: 5 to 18 years of relevant experience in independently handling RCC work / Finishing work in Residential & Commercial Projects.

2. Steel/Shuttering Foreman – E&C

• Qualification: Diploma/ITI
• Experience: 7 to 20 years of relevant experience in Residential & Commercial Projects.

3. Supervisor – E&C

• Qualification: SSC Pass
• Experience: 5 to 20 years in experience in RCC work/Finishing work in Residential & Commercial Projects.

Department – QS & Billing 

1. Asst. Manager/Sr. Engineer/Engineer – QS & Billing 

• Qualification: B.E/Diploma – Civil
• Experience: 5 to 15 years of experience in QS & Billing/BBS for any kind of building work.

Department – Planning

1. Asst. Manager/Sr. Engineer/Engineer – Planning 

• Qualification: B.E (Civil) + PGP (NICMAR)
• Experience: 5 to 15 years of experience in Planning for any kind of building work.

Department – QA/QC

1. Manager/Senior Engineer/Engineer – QA/QC

• Qualification: BE / Diploma (Civil)
• Experience: 5 to 15 years of experience in QA/QC for any kind of building work.

2. Lab Technician – QA/C

• Experience: Min. 4 years of relevant experience any kind of building work.

Department – HSE

1. Assistant Manager/Officer – HSE

• Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate with ADIS or PDIS
• Experience: Min. 8+ years of experience in Residential & Commercial Projects.

2. Supervisor – HSE

• Qualification: Graduate/Under Graduate
• Experience: Min. 5 years of experience in Safety supervising in Residential & Commercial Projects.

Department – Plant & Machinery

1. Manager/Sr. Engineer – Plant & Machinery 

• Qualification: BE/Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical)
• Experience: 5 to 20 years of relevant experience in building works as well as batching plant.

2. Foreman – Plant & Machinery

• Qualification: ITI
• Experience: Min. 8 years of experience in indentifying and rectifying the breakdown. Candidates should possess should knowledge of Reparing tower Crane passenger hoist, concrete pump, boom placer, BBM & BCM.

3. Electrician/Tower Crane Operatar/Signalmen 

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
