Bachelor’s Degree Vacancy Gurugram
1. Manager Contracts
Experience : 8 to 12 Years
Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Law, Civil or related field, Proven experience handling contractual related matters of Infrastructure projects including participants in arbitration, claims and management etc.
2. Sr. Structural Designer
Experience : 6 to 10 Years
Requirements :- Master’s in Structural Engineering bachelor’s in civil engineering Proven experience as a Sr. Structure Designer, Bridges & Flyovers, ROB, Pre- Cast Construction knowledge of structural engineering principles and design software. Ability to read plans and drawings quickly and accurately. Good knowledge of software, i.e. Mides , staad pro & Auto card.
3. Draftsman (AutoCAD)
Experience : 2 to 5 Years
Requirements :- Diploma or ITI in Drafting, Engineering or a related field with>5 years of relevant Exp
4. Dy. Manager / Manager Talent Acquisition
Experience : 5 to 10 Years
Requirements : MBA (HR) with minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Recruitments in Infra industry in mandatory.
Selection Process :- Sourcing resumes from various recruitment methods.
Shortlisting of resumes & scheduling interviews as per the requirement Co-ordination if technical panel members after scheduling Zoom / Personal interviews, Maintain and update the Recruitment tracker. Joining formalities & verification of certificates & Other documents.
