Job Location:

• Nashik (Maharashtra) – Managing Overseas Projects in Guyana & KSA

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Project Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in road and Infrastructure projects.
• Proven expertise in project coordination, budgeting and billing processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate overseas road Projects (Guyana & KSA) from Nashik.
• Define project scope, timelines and risk factors.
• Prepare budget cost plans and Internal billing in SAP (PS/HANA).
• Handle Sub-contractor and client billing with accuracy.
• Conduct cost estimation, rate analysis and BOQ preparation.
• Certify interim and final payments for Sub-contractors.
• Perform material and cost reconciliations.
• Submit RFI and client bills.
• Generate and present project progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with international quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with overseas clients, vendors, and project teams.
• Manage Documentation and contractual correspondence.
• Supervise teams remotely and optimize resource utilization.
• Oversee billing operations for timely Invoicing.

Note: Compensation will be no constraint for candidate with relevant education and experience.
