ABL is looking well experienced professionals for Sr. Planning Engineer for its New Road Project in West Bengal.

1. Position: Sr. Engineer / ARE – Planning

• Divison: Highway
• Department: Planning & QS
• Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) – Full Time + NICMAR (Preferable)
• Experience: More than 8 Years
• Location: West Bengal

Job Description:

1. Develop detail resources -based project plan, schedules and timeline for road project as per project milestones.
2. Use project management software (i.e. Primavera, Ms Project) to create and monitor schedule.
3. Plan and allocate resources, including manpower, material and equipment to meet project objectives.
4. Track the progress of ongoing construction project, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
5. Prepare & monitor DPR, MPR and MIS report for management & Employee/Consultant.
6. Monitoring of project bottleneck & identify critical path.
7. Monitoring of project resources requirement w.r.t availability and consumptions.

• Experience: 15 to 20 years experience in this field for big infrastructure project of Highway & Bridges.
• Location: West Bengal

Job Description:

1. Heading department of Quantity surveying Costing, Budgeting and Planning.
2. Monitoring of progress of project based on project plan.
3. Close monitoring of bottleneck, critical path.
4. Monitoring of recourse, requirements, availabilities & utilization.
5. Monitoring cost of project w.r.t budget.
6. Variation, change to scope etc. monitoring, approvals and payments.
7. Client billing and payments.
