Experience : 10+ years of experience in EPC projects for Residential / Commercial / Hospitality / Healthcare, etc.
Job Location : Jodhpur, Rajasthan
Job Description :
- Micro level planning of the project in coordination with site Team / Project Manager.
- Arranging required resources in coordination with Regional Office.
- Monitoring the progress of the project on day to day basis and reporting.
- Monitoring the productivity of labour & Plant Machinery and taking corrective actions for improvement.
- Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly progress reports.
- Setting monthly Targets for site execution and monitoring of the same.
- MIS reports & CTC projection preparation.
- Calculating Formwork requirement & coordination for mobilization & demobilisation.
Key Skills :
- B.E/B.Tech in Civil with 10+ years of experience in building sector.
- Knowledge of SAP is Must.
