ABL is looking for suitable candidate for its Insurance department. To be based out of its Corporate Office in Nashik (Maharashtra)

Position : Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM / DGM

Qualification : Engineering Graduate of any stream (Civil & Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Experience : 20+ years of relevant experience of relevant experience of heading insurance department of reputed engineering company.

Job Description : 

Project Insurance  –

• Overseeing Insurance for ongoing infrastructure projects at domestic and International location, Ongoing maintenance projects, asset insurance Including marine, air and road Insurance (for export and import)

General Insurance : 

• Handling medical health policies, personal accident policies and workmen’s compensation policies.
• Managing insurance related to vehicles, stationary and non-stationary machinery.

Insurance Portfolio Management :

• Gathering and analyzing detailed project and machinery data to provide risk management strategies and secure management approval.

Risk Analysis and Management :

• Conducting risk exposure analysis of projects to determine necessary insurance coverage.
• Managing risk through the implementation of effective mitigation strategies.

Claims Management  : 

• Managing insurance claims, preparing reports on claims status statistics, and reviewing data for future improvements.

Insurance Cost Control : 

• Negotiating with insurance for optimal coverage and cost-effective premiums.

Adoption of Latest Insurance Development :

• Ensuring the use of the latest insurance practices relevant to the infrastructure industry for efficient risk management.

Note : Compensation will be no constaint for candidate with relevant education and experience.
