- Should have practiced before Courts on Civil side for at least 7 years.
- Should have experience of handling property disputes, Specific Performance, Summary Civil Suits, Commercial Suits, Contractual disputes, Revenue matters etc.
- Should be proficient in drafting of plaints, written statements, agreements, contracts etc.
- Should have up to date knowledge of recent amendments in laws an case laws.
- Candidates should be well versed with Marathi Language.
