1. HSE Engineer
- Required Qualification : BE/B.Sc with PDIS from recognized institute.
- Required Experience : Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE, having 3 years of experience as a Managerial role.
2. HSE Engineer / Officer
- Required Qualification : B.E/Diploma / B.Sc in Safety from recognized institute.
- Required Experience : Minimum 5 to 8 Years
3. HSE Supervisor / Stewards
- Required Qualification : 10+2 (Science)
- Required Experience : Minimum 5 to 8 Years
4. Procurement Manager
- Required Qualification : B.E/B.Tech(Mech) / DME
- Required Experience : Minimum 10 to 15 years
5. Plant & Maintenance Manager
- Required Qualification : B.E/B.Tech(Mech) / DME
- Required Experience : Minimum 10 to 15 Years
6. IR & Admin
- Required Qualification : Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- Required Experience : Minimum 10 to 15 Years

I am Satyajit R P, from Allahabad. I am currently Sr. Safety Expert in MAHSR BULLET TRAIN PROJECT
looking after multiple sites of this project SEC-1 ,2 and P1b – My basic roles and responsibilities
mentioned below:- I did PG IN INDUSTRIAL SAFETY MANAGEMENT2001, NEBOSH (2006), NASP (2003)/
Being a Sr. safety expert I ensure that all parties understand the nature of such work, and developed a
standard that outlines core competencies, certifications, credentials, qualifications and learning &
training support resources so that it can match the parameters which are pre-defined. Apart from this I
am also give special attention on how to manage, change regarding organization-wide initiatives and
strategics emerging and complex risks which comes during executing assigned job by contractor. I can
summarise presently my job includes being a consultant, consensus-builder. coach and mentor for the
contractor.
Here my job is to support the operations team that is responsible for ensuring our employer (MAHSRCL)
and all employees comply with safety legislation and that the management system (policies and
practices) established to provide the framework for compliance are adopted and adhered to. They need to
bring a transformational leadership style to work with them every day and be able to adjust this style
and, their communication based on our pre laid safety contracts, more precisely act like a bridge
between our employer and contractor.
