Position : AGM / DGM – Tender Road (Costing & Estimation)
Qualification : BE / Diploma (Civil) / MBA / PGCM / NICMAR may be preferred.
Experience : 12 to 15 years in similar area / function with Infra contacting organization.
Job Description :-
- Pre-tendering activities pertaining to Road / Highway / Bridge Projects.
- Visiting Clients Office, Govt Departments and liaison with the Govt. Official for Relationship building and Networking.
- Conducting Site Surveys for Material Investigations.
- Selection of borrow area, source of Aggregates quarry, Steel, Fly Ash, pand ash, Hume steel pipes, cement, fuel, transportation, base camp location etc.
- Preparation of Lead Chart for Raw materials used for construction.
- Getting quotations for Materials.
- Complete Rates Analysis for tender for Highway, Metro, Transmission etc projects.
- Conducting Detailed Engineering Survey for all HAM, PPP and EPC Projects.
- Work with prospective Government, Pvt agencies, consultants having good network to formulate favourable terms.
- Work with Technical teams to develop the coating and estimation for pre estimation purpose.
