Position : Senior Manager/ Manager

Qualification.  NICMAR / M.Tech/M.E/B.Tech/B.E/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience : 8 to 16 Years of Relevant Experience (Preferred Railway Projects)

Salary : Rs.10,00,000- 18,00,000 LPA

Job Location : Bilaspur – Himachal Pradesh

Roles and Responsibilities :-

1. Co-ordination for preconstruction activities and timely mobilization of resources to undertake pre-construction activities on timely basis.
2. Co-ordination with design team/designer for timely arrangement of design and drawing as per work programme.
3. Upkeeping of all design and drawing including data of Topography, TBM, OGL, Geotechnical, Soll Investigation etc.
4. Co-ordination for timely submission of required contractual documents like Construction Plan QAP, Methodology,EMP, Safety Plan, Major material Source approval submission, mix design of various items etc.
5. Budgeting, Planning and Progress Review.
6. Review of micro level monthly programme of coming month and macro level programme for next three months.
7. Review of resources requirement i.e., material, Plants & Equipment, manpower, funds and any other as required.
8. Review of Progress i.e., target vs achievement.
9. Progress reviews every 10 days with root cause analysis for slippages if any.
10. Monthly Progress Repost with highlighting of anticipation critical issues expected to hampered planned progress in near future.
11. Material Reconciliation with respect to procured/ Purchased quantity, physical balance at store/site, work in progress, theoretical consumption based on executed work, actual consumption as per store.
12. Major Quantity Reconciliation with respect to total budgeted quantity, ordered quantity, executed quantity, billed quantity and balance quantity.
13. Co-ordination and upkeeping for client bill / SPS / Mile Stone Payment.
14. SAP Related Working.
15. Sub-contractor RA bills monitoring including NOC and Final bills as and when required.
16. Active and Inactive Sub-contractor / Vendor Management, fore closing of inactive Vendors WO/PO.
17. Production, Reservation, RFI, DPR monitoring on daily basis in coordination with site.
