We are looking for young, dynamic and competent professional for our Highways, Expressway & Tunneling Projects in Telangana / Karnataka / Uttar Pradesh / Madhya Pradesh / Odisha / Bihar / Gujarat / Maharashtra & Punjab.
| Manager / Sr. Manager – Planning & Monitoring |
Qualification & Experience Expertise :
- Graduate in Civil with Minimum 10-15 years of experience.
- Candidates must have experience of working in Roads, Highway, Tunnel Projects.
| Sr. Engineer / Dy. Manager – Planning & Monitoring |
Qualification & Experience :
- Graduate in Civil with Minimum 4-8 Years of Experience.
- Experience in planning, updating and monitoring of Roads & Highway Project in Microsoft Project.
Roles And Responsibles :
- Overall responsible for end to end Project Planning & Monitoring.
- Updating/Tracking 9f Baseline/Revised Schedule including Critical issues/Red Flag Clause and assist CMC to prepare various Time and Cost Claims.
- Preparation of Baseline/revised schedules including but not limited to Resource Planning, Scope of Work Statement, WBS, Physical and Financial Progress along with S-Curve.
- Preparation of Detailed MIS not limited to MPR, DPR, Dashboard, Land acquisition & hindrance status updates etc.
- Preparation of Time Cycle of various activities of Highway and Structure works.
- To prepare revenue i.e. physical and financial plan, Cash Flow as per resources and revenue plan
- Preparation of comparative reports of standard and actual time cycles of various activities.
