Position: HR Executive – Talent Acquisition

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Industry: EPC / Infrastructure / Construction (Preferred)

Work Location: Mumbai

Candidates Preferred: Based out of Mumbai / Thane / Navi Mumbai only.

HR Operations:

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Strong knowledge of sourching strategies and requirement tools – Naukri & LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR software (SAP/Sucess Factors Preferred is any)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-end recruitment for both technical and Non-technical roles across Head Office and Sites.
Sourching and screening candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting as per requirements.
Conducting initial interviews and coordinating with hiring managers for further evaluation.
Managing the recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Ensuring adherence to company policies and Compliance in the hiring process.
Maintaining recruitment reports and data management.
