Dilip Buildcon Limited, Railway Business is seeking highly motivated Railways & Urban Transportation Electrical professionals for New Delhi location.

Role: Manager/Dy. Manager / Asst. Manager

• Qualification: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech Electrical
• No. of Positions: 01
• Experience of Railway/Metro Tenders: 7-15 years post qualification experience (Proficiency, OHE, Sub-station, 3rd Rail)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Tendering, Electrical Quantity and cost Estimates, Preparation of Technical and Commercial Proposal for OHE, TSS, GEW and Substation and 3rd Rail tenders
• Estimation for Railway Electrical/Composite, EPC, BOQ Tenders.
• Coordination with vendors, suppliers, Sub-contractors for arranging quotations.
• Rate analysis and presentation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Study and finalize Quantities, designs in coordination with design consultants.
• Conduct Site Surveys and prepare Site Survey reports.

Similar Experience:

• Electrical Railways Construction Tender Estimation/Proposal, EPC/BOQ; Composite, Station Building Tenders.

Proficiency:

• Technical & Commercial Proposal Bidding Strategy, Tender Finalization, Quantity & Cost Estimation Site Surveys, Rate analysis, Railway tendering, understanding of transmission line and substations industry, ability to work in team, good communication skills.

Clients:

• Conventional Railways, Metro Rail, Semi High Speed.
