1. Quality Assurance – Manager
Area of Expertise:
- Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- SPC & Process Capability
- PFMEA & Control Plan
- Problem Solving (8D, A3, RCA)
- Customer Complaint Management
Experience:
- 10+ years in Quality Management
- Worked in Manufacturing companies
- Certified in Green/Black belt (Preferred)
2. Quality Assurance – Engineer/Sr. Engineer
Area of Expertise:
- Control Chart Analysis
- Process Capability Studies
- Defect Analysis & Detection
- Problem Solving (8D, A3, RCA)
Experience:
- 3-7 years in Process/Product Quality
- Worked in Manufacturing companies
- Certified in Green/Black belt (Preferred)
3. Supplier Quality – Engineer/Sr. Engineer
Area of Expertise:
- Supplier Audits & Evaluation
- Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
- Supplier Defect Analysis & RCA (8D, A3, RCA)
- Supplier Quality Improvement Plans
Experience:
- 3-8 years in Supplier Quality/Incoming Quantity.
- Worked in Manufacturing companies
4. Methods Engineering (ME) – Manager
Area of Expertise:
- Process Design & Optimization
- Develop PFD PFMEA, PCP
- Lean Manufacturing Principles
- Capacity Planning & Resource Utilization.
Experience:
- 10+ years in Manufacturing engineering/Industrial Engineering
- Certified in Green/Black belt (Preferred)
5. Methods Engineering (ME) – Engineer
Area of Expertise:
- Productivity Improvement
- Time and Motion Study & Cycle Time Reduction
- Process (Tool, Methods) Standardization
- Data Analysis for Process Improvement
Experience:
- 3-7 years in methods Manufacturing engineering / Industrial Engineering
