Suzlon Global Services Ltd, is conducting Walk-In Interviews in Karnataka for multiple positions as part of their initiative to support a greener tomorrow. The interviews will be held for both freshers and experienced professionals across different domains.

1. Diploma Trainee Engineer – Electrical/Mechanical (Freshers, 2022, 2023 , 2024 Pass-out only).

2. Shift Engineers – 50 No’s

• Qualification : BE/Diploma with 2-5 years of work experience.

3. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Engineers

• Qualification : BE/Diploma with 2 -10 years of work experience.

4. Area Administration

• Qualification : Any Graduate

5. Area Finance

• Qualification : B.Com/M.Com/MBA + Finance with 2-5 years

6. Area Operations Engineering

• Qualification : BE/Diploma with 2-10 years of work experience

7. Area Major Break Down

• Qualification : BE/Diploma with 2-10 years of work experience.

8. Site Quality -04 No’s

• Qualification : BE/Diploma with 2-10 years of work experience.

Job Description Fresher – Diploma Shift, Electrical/Mechanical

Candidates screening & selection Process will be as follow : 

• Academic criteria screening 45% throughout (10th, Diploma aggregate %)
• Electrical/Mechanical Diploma, 2022, 2023 & 2024 pass-out candidates only.
• Candidates preferred for site operations. Age of 18 years complete on the day of selection.
• Job location flexibility : Readiness to be deputed at remote OMS site locations at any of the 8 States where Suzlon opereates in India (PAN India basis)

Trainee Engineer Categories & Package :

• DTE Diploma Trainee Engineer (M2 Level)
• CTC 2.00 lakh pa + additionally will get the following benefits (Bachelor shared accommodation, canteen, transport on the site provided by Suzlon, Travel reimbursement annual increments & Incentive as per applicable policy)
• 6 weeks training program (3 weeks classroom training + 3 weeks – OJT (On Job Training)
