1. Deputy Manager / Manager – Business Development
- No. Of Position : 02
- Location : Hyderabad / Delhi
- Qualification : BE/ME – Electrical and MBA
- Experience : 10 to 15 Years
Solar Buisness Development :
- Tendering Management review
- Consolidating and Circulating all Pre-bid queries/Clarification
- Techno -commerical analysis, Completion study and Market Intelligence.
- Preparation of MIS / Costing with Technical offer’s
- Hand-on experience in handling both domestic and international business.
2. Assistant Manager / Manager – Quality
- No. Of Position : 02 No’s
- Location : Hyderabad
- Qualification : BE – Electrical
- Experience : 7 to 15 Years
QMS Solar :
- Develop and implement checklists for quality documentation and inspection
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify areas for improvement in renewable energy projects.
- Ensure timely completion of all quality -ralated tasks within budget constraints.
- Provided technical support to ensure quality -ralated issues during project execution.
- Oversee and manage high-capacity solar project as the project head.
- Lead and handle teams efficiently to achieve project goals.
- Conduct quality audits, analysis and management to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
3. Construction Manager / Senior Manager – Solar
- No. Of Position : 05 No’s
- Location : Hyderabad
- Qualification : B.Tech / BE / M.Tech / ME – (Electrical / ME)
- Experience : 7 to 15 Years
RE – Solar (candidates who worked for complete project start to commissioning including DC, AC, work for solar projects with a minimum of 200 MV Capacity of 2 or 3 position.
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Oversee all on-site and off-site construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Negotiating contrctas with vendors including prices and teams of payment.
- Coordinating with architects, Engineer and other’s construction professionals to ensure compliance with building codes.
- Reviewing engineering plans and conducting inspection during construction to ensure compliance with building codes and specifications.
