Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) is offering exciting career opportunities for aspiring Professionals through its Apprentice Program. We are looking for dedicated and Skilled candidates to fill the following positions :

- Trade Apprentice
- Technician Apprentice
- Graduate Apprentice

Stipend : As per Government Norms
Qualification :
For Trade Apprentice :
- Matric with a regular full-time 2 years ITI course (Fitter, Electrican, Electronics Mechanic, Machinist) recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
For Technician Apprentice:
- 3 years regular full-time Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Graduate Apprentice :
- Regular full-time Graduate (BBA/BA/B.Com/B.Sc) in any discipline.

Age limit : As of 31st July 2024 ( 18 to 24 years)
Age Relaxation :
- SC/ST – 05 years
- OBC – 03 years
- PWBD – 10 years
Selection Methods :
- Selection is based on marks obtained in the Online Test and meeting the notified eligibility Criteria.
- The online Test consists of Objective Type MCQs with four options and one correct answer.
- Assesment parameters :
- Trade Apprentice (Fitter/Electrican /Electronics Mechanic/Instrument Mechanical / Machinist) & Technician Apprentice. (Mechanical/Electrical / Instrumentation/Civil/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics) ;:-
- Technical Acumen in relevant discipline
- Generic Aptitude including Quantitative Aptitude.
- Reasoning Abilities
- Basic English language skills.
- Trade Apprentice – Graduate Apprentice (BBA/BA/B.Com/B.sc) :
- Generic Aptitude including Quantitative Aptitude.
- Reasoning Abilities
- Basic English language skills.
- Candidates must quality each stage : Online Test ( Minimum 40%, relaxable by 50% for SC/ST/PwBD categories), document verification and Pre-engagement medical fitness.
- Candidates should ensure medical fitness as per Indian Oil’s standards and review the “Guidelines and Criteria for Physical Fitness For Pre-engagement Mechanical Examination” available at IOCL Guidelines IOCL Guidelines.
Concession/Relaxation :
- SC/ST/OBC (NCL-Non Creamy Layer) candidates applying for Unreserved (UR) seats must meet the Standards for General category candidates.
