• Karnal (Haryana)
• Khammam (Telangana)
• Nagpur (Maharashtra)

Roels and Responsibilities :

• Study of Contract Documents and Preparation of CAD.
• Interpretation of Contractual Provisions.
• Drafting of Contractual l Regular Correspondences.
• Identification and Notifying Forec Majeure Event’s and Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT).
• Preparation of Change of Scope Proposals (COS).
• Document Management.
• Risk Assessment retreated to Contract Agreement.
• Preparation of MPRs and MIS reports.
• Knowledge of Dispute Adjustment Process (DAB/DRB/ARBITRATION).
