GMR Kamalanga Energy Ltd Hiring For Graduate Engineer
Position – Graduate Engineer Trainee
- Location : Angul (KL03AD01), IN
- Reports to : AGM
Job Purpose :
The Graduate Engineer Trainee will be responsible for planning and driving field engineering taksa to operate the plant in normal and emergency conditions as per the standard operating procedures. The role aims to achieve operational targets while maintaining the safety and health of personnel and machinery.
Key Accountabilities :-
- Ensure trial runs of emergency equipment and changeovers, maintaining the healthcare of standby equipment as per the schedule.
- Prepare defect lists / punch and follow up with the maintenance department to minimize equipment downtime and increase availability.
- Maintain and review all operation monitoring records and log sheets periodically for early detection of abnormalities.
- Ensure compliance with the Permit to Work (PTW) system with no deviations.
- Ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance, safe working conditions, and achieve zero Lost Time Incidents (LTI).
- Standardize routine equipment check-ups prepare and implement standards isolation templates for equipment in switchgear.

Education Qualification :
- B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, EEE or Paper Engineering
- PGDC in Thermal Power Engineering (preferred)
Relevant Experience :
- Fresh graduates or those with relevant experience in the power sector.
