Job Role : Design Architect – Station Building (Ropeway Projects)
Qualification Required : B.Arch / M.Arch
Experience : 4 to 6 Years
Location : Corporate Office, Gurugram
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop Concept designs, schematic designs, and detailed construction drawings for Station buildings.
- Coordnate with engineering teams to integrate Structural, mechanical, electrical, and other systems into the building design.
- Ensure that station building meet accessibility requirements and adhere to relevant building codes and registrations.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and gather information for design development.
- Prepare presentation, reposts and proposals to communicate design concepts and solutions to clients and project stakeholders.
